Lee Catoe
Customer Service Manager
Lee Catoe joined Thornton Brothers as a college student in 1987, and has since learned every aspect of the company, working as a receiving clerk, programmer, customer service representative, accounting manager, information services manager, and member of the warehouse and sales teams before being named customer service manager.
“The fact that we strive to provide the best overall value for our customers makes me proud of my work,” Lee says. “Our goal is long-term relationships where we can help our customers find better ways to keep their facilities clean, safe, and healthy while saving them money.”
Lee is active in Beech Haven Baptist Church and gives back to the community by coaching baseball and basketball.
An Athens native, Lee worked in the family business, A&A Bakery, prior to joining the Thornton Brothers team.
“I am told I make pretty good fudge and cakes still,” Lee says. In his spare time, Lee enjoys baking, fishing, and spending time with his wife, son, and daughter.
